This full featured CallerID software logs incoming calls into a database and has the capability to allow the user to search for callers by name, number or display all previous callers. Active CallerID also has a built in phone index that displays the name and number of all previous callers in alphabetical order. The most exciting feature that comes with Active CallerID is its capability to reject numbers entered by the user, as well as calls from unknown callers that would normally display no more information than “UNKNOWN” or “ANONYMOUS”. Unlike some of the more common methods of rejecting calls, Active CallerID displays the rejected callers information and will not notify the caller that the number has been rejected.
